Apollo Tectite Push to Connect 1/2 in. PTC in to X 1/2 in. D CTS Brass 90 Degree Elbow

The 1/2 in. Tectite by Apollo Push-to-Connect Street Elbow is unique in that one end of the fitting is push-to-connect and the other end is street or CTS stem which means that it can be inserted into any existing or new push-to-connect fitting. This capability allows the user to make tight turns out of tees, valves, manifolds that may have required additional fittings or pipe sections before. It is the fastest, cleanest and simplest way to create a 90 degree joint of any combination of copper, CPVC, PE-RT and PEX pipe without the use of tools, solder, open flame or glue. Simply insert the pipe to allow the high-strength stainless steel teeth to grip the pipe securely against the specially designed O-ring. Fitting removal and reuse is just as simple using a simple demount clip (sold separately). After assembly, fittings may be rotated for simpler installation in tight spaces. All Tectite by Apollo fittings are approved for use in both potable water and hydronic heating piping systems.
