This unit is a 10,000 BTU 115 V Through the Wall Room Air Conditioner which will cool an area that is approximately - 400-450 square ft. This model is designed for through-the-wall installation and is not designed for standard window installation. It will fit most existing wall sleeves (including our competitors) and includes a standard universal decorative interior trim kit for existing wall sleeves (New wall sleeves sold separately). Convenient features include a wireless remote control, energy saver mode, and slide-out washable filter. Energy Star unit uses less energy saving money on utility bills (10.6 EER).
