Low lead male insulating (dielectric) union prevents electrolysis or galvanic action when connecting dissimilar materials. For use with water up to 210 Fahrenheit degree. Increases the life of water heaters. Threaded ends comply with ANSI (American National Sanitation Institute) B1.20.1. Solder ends comply with ANSI B16.18. Manufactured to include no more than 0.25 percent weighted average lead content on wetted surfaces.
- The dielectric union isolates electrical current and prevents it from entering a building or home through the gas piping
- These regulators are available with a choice of NPT or flare inlet connections for easy hookup to copper tubing which saves the cost of adapters while minimizing leak points
