Tell Manufacturing’s 8400B is a Grade 1 vertical rod exit device for commercial applications. The 8400B series is surface mounted and will fit on doors 28" to 36" in width, which is easily field sizable. This vertical rod panic will work on doors 1-3/4" to 2" thick. The vertical rod panic has an aluminum finish and complies ANSI A156.3.
