Tell Manufacturing's 1000 Hold Open series closer is great for residential or light commerical use. This closer is a set size 1 spring tension, for easy opening for all ages. There are several installation applications and instructions included for each one. The closer comes with a cover and parallel arm bracket and a hold open arm. These closers can come in either ivory or brown.
