Case Honing Kit

This Tri-Hone Sharpening Kit includes Soft Arkansas (medium), Hard Arkansas (fine), Black Arkansas (ultra-fine). Soft Arkansas is a coarse stone as well but is slightly less coarse than the silicon carbide. Using a coarse stone is the fastest way to get a good shape on an edge. Hard Arkansas and Black Arkansas are finer stones which are used to refine the edge, improving the quality of the cut it delivers. The Case honing oil is designed for use with sharpening stones while sharpening.
