The Xtend+Climb Home Series 770P PLUS is a versatile telescoping ladder designed with homeowners and do-it-yourselfers in mind. The 770P PLUS opens to 12.5 ft. and retracts down to 32 in. making it the tallest of the Home Series telescoping ladders and allowing you to reach those higher areas in and around your home. Like all of our Home Series telescoping ladders, the 770P PLUS is compact and easy to use with the strength, safety and durability to tackle projects around the home. It extends and locks by the foot so it's only as tall as you need it and features double over molded feet for added durability and traction. Once you're done cleaning windows, clearing gutters or painting, just use the safety closure system to collapse the ladder rung-by-rung for compact storage.
