Acacia wood has an extremely hard and tight grain. This makes the wood naturally resistant to penetration by liquids and will not stain or pick up odors like garlic or onions. Acaciaware also has a food-safe finish, adding to the serving piece’s usability for both hot and cold foods. Acaciaware means easy care. Just hand wash with warm soapy water and air dry. Acacia wood is not dishwasher or microware safe.
