Rust-Oleum HOME Two-Part Floor Coating System is a quick and easy way to update your outdated, worn & ugly floors. The base coat paint adheres to surfaces without the need for sanding, priming or stripping and can be stenciled for a custom design. The top coat sealer protects the base coat with an ultra-durable clear finish that withstands the wear and tear of everyday use.
  • Two-part base and top coat system dries fast, is low odor and easy to clean
  • Ideal for interior use on ceramic tile, porcelain tile, concrete, hard wood, laminate, vinyl and linoleum
  • Water-based formula is ready to use and dries fast with excellent adhesion
  • Apply Rust-Oleum HOME base coat and wait 6 hours, then apply Rust-Oleum HOME top coat. Allow 24 hours following top coat application before foot traffic. Full cure in 7 days
  • No stripping, sanding or priming required. Not intended for use in showers, or garage floors or surfaces exposed to vehicles
  • Maximum scratch and stain resistance
  • Must be tinted in store "Note if wanting white, no tinting is required"
