The blade's ultra hardened cutting edge delivers up to 5X longer life than standard bi-metal blades. A Dual Tooth design features double tooth configuration with small gullets for faster material removal and extra durability. Diablo's unique tip design enables faster and easier plunging across all thin metal materials while Perma-SHIELD non-stick coating protects the blade from heat buildup and prevents gumming and corrosion. An oversized 1 in. blade body helps stabilize the blade for less vibration and chatter when in use.
