The damper kit features an attractive outer black enamel finish. The outer wall is constructed from aluminized steel while the inner liner is composed of stainless steel. The combination of these metals provides a durability that last significantly longer than single wall stove pipe.
- Allows the operator to alter the amount of air drawn through the venting system, controlling the stoves combustion
- Must be installed directly on the stoves flue outlet where applicable
- When handle is in horizontal position, the damper is closed and when handle is in vertical position, the damper is open
- The closed position is still 20 per open, so the venting system is not completely blocked
