About This Store
50 YEARS STRONG! In September of 1971 Earl and Jim Smith opened for business in Rensselaer. June of 1981 saw another addition as Don and Earl Smith opened for business in the old Five Star Grocery in Knox Indiana. In 2001 we saw yet another addition to our family; we purchased an Ace Hardware store in Plymouth Indiana. This store goes by Smith's Ace Hardware and also Smith Farm Store.
